Rules & Regulations

Gulf Haven Resort is a Nudist Facility! Nudity is required. A gradual transition is allowed for new comers only. Clothing is only allowed when weather or health dictates.

Firearms, Fireworks & Illegal Drugs are strictly prohibited on resort property. (Firearm Registration Required)

Guests are required to register at the office upon entering the resort. All members and guests must sign a waiver of liability. Members are responsible for their guests' conduct and any fees left unpaid.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for their children's safety and conduct at all times. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No child may be left unsupervised. Children not potty trained must wear leak proof pants or diaper when in the swimming pool but will not be allowed to enter the spa. Children may use the spa only when accompanied by a responsible adult. Gulf Haven will not be held responsible for your child's safety or supervision.

Pets must be confined or kept on a leash at all times. No pets allowed in the public areas. Waste must be picked up and properly disposed. Owners must have proof of necessary vaccinations. No nuisance/aggressive pets allowed.

Speed Limit is 7 MPH and vehicles must be kept on roadways.

Towels will always be used for your protection and others. Sit and lie on your own towel. Never use someone else's towel. (If you forgot to bring a towel we will loan you a towel to use while you are here.)

Swimming Pool & Spa use is at your own risk. There are no Life Guards on duty. All persons are required  to shower with soap and water to remove all lotions, suntan oils, & body oils before entering the swimming pool and spa. The pool/spa equipment and heaters are very sensitive. We need your cooperation to keep the pool and spa clean and sanitary. Gulf Haven will not be held liable for your negligence. You must hold Gulf Haven Resort harmless from any liability due to your negligence.

Glass Containers are not permitted in the common areas, including swimming pool and spa.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. No smoking in any resort owned buildings or swimming pool and spa area. Please be considerate of others when smoking outside. Dispose of spent cigarettes in appropriate waste  receptacles. Please do not litter. 

Alcoholic Beverages are permitted in moderation. Public intoxication will not be tolerated.

Food, Beverages & Radios are Prohibited in the swimming pool and spa. Personal radios, DVD players and etc. must be used with earphones when in the swimming pool area.

Body Jewelry is permitted; however, body jewelry worn in extreme to be provocative will not be tolerated.

Photography is strictly prohibited without prior written approval of both member/guest and resort management.

Quiet Hours Sunday thru Thursday are from 11:00 pm thru 8:00 am and Friday & Saturday are from 1:00 am  thru 8:00 am. (Exceptions will be considered on a holiday weekend.)

Conduct Obscene vulgar language, overt sexual activity and sexual harassment will NOT be tolerated.

Gulf Haven Resort, LLC is a private resort serving its members and invited guests. Gulf Haven reserves the   right to refuse admittance or remove anyone whose presence would not be in the best interest of the resort and  its members. No refunds will be provided upon cancellation of any member or guest privileges due to rules violation. All members and guests must sign a waiver of liability before any use of the facility.
