Amenities and Facilities
We have a heated state of the art Saltwater Pool and A Hot Tub on the concrete pool deck. There are loungers all around the pool. The Pool is fenced on three side and a large Picnic Pavilion on the fourth. The picnic pavilion contains a fully stocked kitchen with Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and two Micro waves. The cupboards are stocked with plastic ware that we wash and reuse and Pots and Pans to cook with. Next to that we have an Exercise Room with a Chuck Norris Machine, a Treadmill, Bike, and Glider. We also have in the exercise room a Dry Sauna. These are all for the use of our Members and Guests. In the main portion we have a Large Screen TV along with a Karaoke system and Video Equipment for Movie Nights. We also have our Live Band and Dances in there. Our biggest events are however our Pot Luck Dinners held in there. Just outside we have a hot & cold water shower and soap dispenser to make it quicker and easier to get into the pool and hot tub.

Across from the Picnic Pavilion and outside the pool fence we have the Men’s and Women’s Wash Rooms. On the back side of the Wash Rooms we have 4 out door showers complete with Soap dispensers and a bench.
Next to the wash rooms and facing the pool we have 4 Sleeping Rooms we call Pool Side Rooms , complete with Queen size beds, night stands on each side, AC’s, Fans, Heaters and windows to the rear.
We also have 3 sleeping rooms which we call suites that are a little larger and are all equipped the same way except that they have a table and 2 chairs.
We then have 2 Regulation size P’etanque Courts along with a Horse Shoe pitching Pit .
We have just completed a new Club House. In the club house we have a area to play games or just sit and read, an area to watch TV, A Ping Pong Table , and A regulation size Pool Table. There is also a full Kitchenette, a Half bath and Coin operated Laundry, 2 Washers and 2 Dryers.
Camping Facilities
We have 36 new sites all complete with 50 Amp service Water and Sewer. Some are Back in and some are Pull Throughs, in addition we have 12 older sites that will soon be rebuilt into approximately 20 additional new sites.

Other Features
We have an Electric Gate with Key Pad entry. Members have a flash card, Guest have pass number.
New guests call at the key pad for entry.
Sights And Attractions
We are located near many fine sea food restaurants as well as others. We are near many fine Bird watching areas including the endangered Whooping Cranes that winter here. Read More about Rockport.
